We will provide 24/7 monitoring and patch management covering all routine administration and software maintenance on your local server

“Routine Administration” includes the following:
  • Monitoring of server event logs for unusual or abnormal behaviour and resolve as necessary.
  • Installation of required software updates, service releases, hot-fixes and patches as they become available.
  • Daily checking of Backup logs and addressing of any issues arising.
  • Monitoring of storage systems (hard drive capacity, file fragmentation etc.) and advise accordingly.
  • Modifications to user accounts and security policies as instructed
  • Ensuring all required server services are running and performing normally.
  • Where applicable, management of Microsoft Exchange database, information store, mailboxes, storage limits etc.
  • Configuration and monitoring of file replication between drives and/or servers if applicable
  • Monitoring of Uninterruptible Power Supply status and battery condition.
“Routine Administration” specifically excludes the following:
  • Installation of new applications or third-party software.
  • Disaster recovery in the event of a catastrophic system failure
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS

Recovery of lost data or repair of damaged systems caused by external influences such as misuse, neglect, transportation, excessive wear to the equipment or other causes, such as, but not limited to, poor environmental conditions, electrical power stress, power failure, viruses, malware and the use of incompatible or unapproved accessories or media.
